• Maintain Physical, Mental and Spiritual Fitness,
• Train in the Avalon Disciplines (Skills),
• Set an Example of Goodness and Nobility
• Avoid activities that impair Judgment while on Order Business,
• Avoid situations and actions that can bring dishonor to the Order or it’s Members,
  
• Participate in Avalon Meetings, Programs and Events,
• Support Avalon, its Causes and Missions,
• Teach what you have learned to Junior Members,
• Respond to all Hightower Summons
